Our Background
Dorte Trionfi, Principal
Started her career in Fashion in Paris working for high end luxury brands as European Sales Director at Karl Lagerfeld before becoming the Director of Worldwide Sales of women’s ready-to-wear for Givenchy, where she worked closely with designers John Galliano and Alexander McQueen in Paris.
While fashion was her passion for over a decade, She refocused her experience and talent on interior design after moving to New York in 2004. She then studied at Parson’s School of Interior Design in Manhattan and went on to join the interior design firm, Mis en Scene Home, in Greenwich, Connecticut. She established Trionfi Interiors in June 2010 in New York. Then moved to San Francisco, CA in 2014 where she had the opportunity to work for the Wiseman Group.
Born in Denmark, Trionfi was raised in France and is married to an Italian. She lives in San Francisco, CA.
Our Vision
Trionfi: My style is contemporary but with a respect for history. The objective is to achieve the right balance between all elements (colors, texture, furniture, lighting, etc.) to bring a sense of luxury and calm… as a reflection of your own self and feel at home.
